After serving a 4 year apprenticeship in the midweek comp, the Northerners finally broke through for a flag after a heavy recruiting drive picked up some fine players from the UK in Duncan Snell (Yorkshire develpoment squad) and Danny Law (10 years of county cricket and two England A tours) plus former Australian baseballer Dean Marnell to go with a bunch of average hackers like the rest of us.
Well done Patrick.
